Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how EANEKTRA (“EanEkTra”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit eanektra.com (the “Website”), submit an inquiry, or communicate with us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.

Our registered office address, phone numbers and email address are listed at the end of this policy. We are the data controller (or “data fiduciary” under Indian law) for the personal information described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the inquiry form on the Website or contact us directly, we collect the details you choose to share, such as:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your company name and role
  • The service you are interested in and a description of your project or requirements
  • Any documents, messages or attachments you send us

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps. We use this only to keep the Website secure and running.

Information from third-party platforms. If you contact us or interact with our business pages on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp), we receive the information you share through those platforms, such as your profile name and message content. Those platforms have their own privacy policies which also apply.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes, proposals and consultations
  • Plan, deliver and support the services you engage us for
  • Communicate with you about projects, invoices, updates and support
  • Improve the Website and our services
  • Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations
  • Protect against fraud, abuse and security threats

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects about you.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate, such as our website host and form-processing provider (Netlify), email providers, cloud infrastructure, accounting and payment providers. They may only use your data to provide services to us.
  • Third-party resources loaded by the Website, such as Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS CDN, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.
  • Professional advisers such as auditors, lawyers and insurers where necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law, court order or to protect our rights and safety.
  • A successor business in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Cookies and advertising technologies

The Website does not set tracking cookies of its own at the time of writing. We may use advertising and analytics tools such as the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API or Google Analytics to measure the performance of our advertising and understand how visitors use the Website. These tools may set cookies or collect device identifiers and are operated by their respective providers under their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.

7. Data retention

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and for the period required by Indian tax, accounting and contract law (generally up to 8 years after the last transaction). Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted or anonymised within 24 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, least-privilege access for our team, and confidentiality obligations in our contracts. Client project data is handled under a bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, or other applicable laws, including the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request erasure of your information where we no longer need it
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing done before withdrawal
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Nominate a person to exercise your rights on your behalf (India)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Data Protection Board of India

To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer using the details in section 13. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, normally within 30 days.

10. Children’s privacy

The Website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

We are based in India and serve clients worldwide. Our service providers may store or process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives adequate protection, such as using providers with recognised security certifications and contractual safeguards.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
